Front Desk / Office Hours

The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Check-in

Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM,  and ends at 9:00 PM.

Check-out

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Age Requirement

Families with children are welcome. Minimum age required to rent a room is 18.  All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or adult guardian over 18.

Photo ID Required

A government-issued photo ID is required to check in.  ID must match the name on the reservation.

Payment Types Accepted

We accept Cash*, Travelers Checques*, MasterCard, VISA, Discover card, and American Express.  *A valid credit card in the name of the primary registered guest is required to reserve a room and to check in, even if final payment will be by cash or travelers checques.

Notice to Debit Card Users

If you choose to use a debit card, be aware that an authorization for the full amount of your stay plus a percentage (to cover the possible cost of incidentals) will be applied to your debit card account.  While the amount authorized may not be withdrawn from your account immediately, the amount will be frozen in your account and will be unavailable for additional purchases. Once your debit card is charged against the pre-authorization, any additional authorized amount over the actual charges will be released. Depending on your banking institution this release may take 5 to 7 business days per your financial institutions policies. The hotel does not have any control over this hold period and will not be responsible for any overdraft fees associated with your use of your debit card.

To avoid this circumstance, we highly recommend that you use a valid credit card from one of the credit card carriers listed above, both to reserve your accommodations, guarantee incidental charges, and to pay your bill.

Extra persons

The base occupancy for each room at the stated rate is 2. Additional persons up to the occupancy limit for the room may be charged an additional per-person fee.

Rollaway beds MAY be available on a limited basis for certain specific rooms, and are based on availability. Call us for more information. Because of fire safety restrictions and the potential for damage to the room, not all rooms are eligible to have a rollaway bed.  Additional charges may apply.

We’re sorry, cribs (infant beds) are not available. Please plan accordingly.

Use of Indoor or Outdoor Pool

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or adult guardian over 18 when using the pool or while in the pool area.  You must be a registered guest of The Delton Hotel to use the pool.

USE OF OUR POOL FACILITIES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK! There are no lifeguards on duty.

For the safety of our guests, NO GLASS CONTAINERS are to be in the pool area.  All pool users are expected to behave in a safe and courteous manner, and to be respectful of our other guests.  Guests who do not comply will be asked to leave the pool area, and may have their stay terminated without refund.

No pets (except service animals) are to be in the pool area at any time.

Pet Policy

The Delton Hotel & Suites is pet-friendly. Pets must be registered at the front desk during check-in. Pets are permitted only in specific rooms, so if you will be bringing your pet with you please call ahead or indicate your pet with your reservation request, in order to avoid disappointment and ensure accommodations.

An additional pet charge of $10 per pet per night will be charged to your bill. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in each room.

Service animals are welcome.

Pets found in rooms not designated as pet friendly will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee to be applied to your bill.  You will be responsible for any damages to the room, furnishings, or bedding caused by your pet.

You are fully responsible for the behavior of your pet. Pets must be supervised at all times and cannot be left unattended in the rooms. Pets cannot be allowed to disturb or in any way harm or threaten other guests or staff. If your pet creates a noise disturbance or threatens the safety of any of our guests or staff you may be required to leave without refund. For the safety of our staff, housekeeping will not be able to service your room with your pet(s) present.

Accessibility / Special Requests

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.

A limited number of wheelchair accessible rooms are available. If you have a specific accessibility need, contact us in advance to determine availability, and to ensure that we are able to reserve a room appropriate to your needs. Accessible rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

No-Smoking Policy

As per current State of Wisconsin law, smoking in any of our rooms or buildings is prohibited.  If smoking occurs in any of the rooms occupied by you or your party, the primary registered guest in the room will be charged a $250 additional cleaning fee to restore the room to its original smoke-free condition.  Designated smoking areas are available outside for your convenience.
